Course Overview
This course aims at proposing mechanisms and tools for assessing the potential impact of
energy regulatory decisions and determining whether the decisions are likely to achieve the desired objectives and the probable attendant costs. It proposes techniques for analyzing the impacts of energy regulation and how to effectively and rigorously analyze and communicate the impacts of such regulation to relevant actors and stakeholders.
